YFS Construction & Management is an administrative, compliance, and project coordination support company. We help contractors that have already won government and school construction projects stay organized throughout active project work.

A structured operational support partner

We are not a general contractor, engineering firm, or construction company. We provide the administrative coordination and documentation support that keeps public-sector projects moving cleanly through their required processes.

Public construction work — particularly on schools and government facilities — comes with a dense layer of paperwork, tracking, and communication requirements. Contractors are expected to maintain submissions, insurance, payroll documentation, MWBE reporting, and continuous project records.

Our team works alongside contractors as a structured operational function. We help organize files, track submissions, follow up on outstanding items, and coordinate documentation flow between the contractor and the construction management team running the project.

The goal is straightforward: help contractors stay responsive, documentation-ready, and operationally strong throughout the lifecycle of their public-sector projects.
